PORSCHE 911 T 1968 Softwindow Targa, Short Wheel base

Some people think that all Porsche 911 are good investments. I agree partly with it. If you buy a wreck for a lot of money and you add an hudge amount of money to make from a wreck a desireable car, this might be the wrong way. Restoring nowadays is very expensive and prices of classics are changing continiously. And all these investments are worth it if you bought the correct type of 911.
One of my relations did many years ago an investment in a 1968 Soft Window. The car was driveable but not very nice. It had the wrong colour. However the car was hard and a good basis to do some investment. Dismanteling the body, the suspension, the engine and gearbox the car was again painted in its original colour 6809 Tangarine. The engine was revised even as the dogleg gear box. New carpets, new suspension, brakes , rubbers, Soft window all done to get the car looking as it is now.
Years passed by however, my friend did not drive the car. so now he decided to sell it, with hardly 500 kms driven since restoration in 2015-2017.
Now for sale and available in our showroom, which is only open with an appointment.
The 911 was once imported in the Netherlands when it was 5 years old. (The plates on the car show the old 1973 numbers), however the owner moved to Belgium where the car was registered in 1996. The car has still its begian registration, however can easily be registered again in the Netherlands with the beautiful old registration number.

Driving of this car is super. It runs and brakes superb. The sound is the never borring aircooled 911 sound.
